The aim of the soup kitchen is not only to provide food but to meet everyone with a
friendly face. Our volunteers are there to listen, and to support our service users beyond a
meal. To listen to any issues they’re being faced with and to try and assist them in any
way that they can. Many of our service users just want to chat as not many will have
human contact/acknowledgment all day.
