Emergency Outreach Service
Fully equipped vans work 7 nights a week across the city. While hot food, sandwiches, hot drinks, toiletries and clothes are provided, the main central objective of this service is to offer support. The emergency outreach team operates out of hours, 7 nights a week, 365 days a year.
Food Provision Program
Some people struggle to manage the day to day running of their home, mainly to do with inflation and high monthly rents. We help to bridge that gap. As with the emergency outreach, food provision is not the main objective. While it provides some initial support, we do link families into other supports/agencies.
Service User Advocacy
The outward services provided are a gateway towards building trust and respect. It represents Step 1 in a process to link service users to a range of professional services. We treat all service users with the same non-judgemental approach and with dignity and respect.
Pro-Active Education
We believe that addiction and homelessness (for many) can be avoided. We give talks at schools with the aim to proactively teach and support young people around the consequences of drugs and crime, which can often lead to homelessness.
Reintegration Program
Through a defined Reintegration Program, we offer positive support and encouragement to service users undertaking their unique journey through recovery. Our doors are open to those who have completed an addiction program and who seek a positive environment, develop their skills and maximise their talent. These services are provided from our Head Office location in Finglas.
